I decided that this Sunday’s blog was not going to be about Cowboy. At all. He can’t be the center of my attention all day everyday. This Sunday I’m going to share a poem that was written about me. It was given to me by a dear friend, Ms. Ann, who I adore and her husband (Mr. Cutie Pie). I have decided that they are the absolute sweetest couple in nine counties. Why nine counties? I have no idea. Cowboy’s mom says that phrase all of the time. And I figure if she says it, then I can say it.
So back to the sweetest couple ever. They are not sweet because he wrote me a poem and she makes me the best poundcakes in the universe, They are sweet because they are. Plain and simple.
Sometimes in life you get a second chance at love with a person that you’ve known for a lifetime and the awesome man above decides to put both of you on the same path to meet again. That’s their story ๐
I haven’t known Ms. Ann very long but we became fast friends. I adore this lady and I love it when she comes into the spa for her service or when she just pops in for a quick hug.
The other day when she was at the spa, she handed me a poem that Mr. Cutie Pie wrote for me. It totally made my day and I thought I would share it with you in hopes of making Cowboy jealous because he didn’t get one. Heehee.
I know this little gal,
as cute as she can be.
She writes a Sunday blog,
that’s so much fun to read.
I know why she’s so much fun,
and why she’s oh so sweet.
Her heart is made of M&Ms,
and that is quite a treat.

and the friendship that you share.
You keep my lady beautiful,
and I know you really care.
